1. Services Overview


Alston Home Care Solutions offers home healthcare services, including but not limited to 24-hour care, personal care, medication reminders, Alzheimer’s/Dementia care, post-hospital and rehab care, companionship, meal planning, and light housekeeping. All services are personalized based on the individual’s needs.

3. Service Agreements

Before services commence, both parties will agree on a detailed care plan. This plan outlines the scope of care, scheduling, and associated costs. Any changes or adjustments to the care plan must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Clients are required to pay for services as outlined in the service agreement. Payments are due on a regular schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and may be made via credit card, bank transfer, or check. Late payments may result in a suspension of services until the account is up to date.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of at least 14 days. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, 24-hour notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Insurance

Certain services may be covered by health insurance, Medicaid, or other programs. It is the client’s responsibility to verify coverage and submit claims. Alston Home Care Solutions may assist with providing necessary documentation but is not responsible for denied claims.

7. Privacy Policy

We value the privacy of our clients and are committed to protecting personal and medical information. All client data will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA, to ensure confidentiality and security.

8. Liability

While Alston Home Care Solutions strives to provide high-quality care, we cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the course of care, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Clients and their families are encouraged to maintain adequate health and liability insurance.

9. Caregiver Conduct

All caregivers employed by Alston Home Care Solutions are thoroughly vetted and trained. Caregivers are expected to provide compassionate, professional care at all times. If you have concerns about a caregiver’s conduct, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Modifications to Terms

Alston Home Care Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
