The Consolidated and P/FDS Waivers are developed to support individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities as they venture to a more independent living at home and in the community. These services include functional assessment, the development of strategies to support the individual based on their assessment, and the provision of training to individuals, staff, relatives, and caregivers. These are completed on a 1:1 basis between individual and behavior support professionals with a Master’s Degree or under the direction of someone with a Master’s Degree.
